• Submit false or misleading information in CVs or job applications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hired By Code and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your personal data, CVs, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We collect and process personal data as described in our privacy practices. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data, including:

• GitHub profile data (repositories, languages, contributions) when you connect your account
• Personal website content when you provide a URL for CV generation
• Job posting data from URLs you submit for tracking
• CV content and interview preparation data you generate

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed by AI providers solely for the purpose of generating CVs and interview content.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate CVs, ATS scores, and interview preparation content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated CVs will result in job offers or interviews
• ATS scores are estimates and may not reflect actual applicant tracking system results
