Get-e's Transfers services are scaling fast inside our growing One-Stop-Shop travel platform and we need a Product Manager who owns and drives impact for the Transfers product. This role owns the platform end-to-end, driving strategy, discovery, and delivery, and turning operational complexity, client requirements, and business priorities into clear product outcomes. We want someone who makes progress without waiting for perfect instructions, and who owns outcomes rather than just facilitating them. About the role We're looking for a pragmatic, decisive Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience who can move work forward independently and make calls without waiting for perfect certainty. You'll report to the Head of Product and work closely with your own engineering team of 4–6 software engineers. Get-e and the total number of engineering teams is expanding in the next years. In the future in this role you will have the responsibility to help shape the product-engineering organisation, way of working and onboarding. Your profile Responsibilities Own the input: pull feedback and insights from management, Stream Owners, product experts, clients, suppliers, operations, commercial teams, and engineering. Reflect honestly on past releases, team workflows, and product outcomes, and also own improvements to the way of working. Own the requirements conversation with stakeholders across booking management, finance and reporting, suppliers, and connectivity. Keep engineers, stakeholders and management informed on priorities, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes. To create a clear, prioritized backlog from a pile of inputs, focused on the highest impact. Get solutions development-ready, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Own launches end-to-end, and stay on features through adoption and support after they go live. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a PM/PO or in a similar product role. Experience as a PO/PM across at least 2-3 different applications. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders, operational experts, commercial teams, clients, suppliers, and engineering teams. Experience with service-oriented, travel, logistics, operations, marketplace, or workflow-heavy platforms. A strong plus if experienced with travel, airlines, staff travel, taxi and coach services, automation, AI, data analytics, SQL, finance, reporting, or integrations. Experience with Agile methodologies, discovery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery support. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset and a focus on delivering measurable value. This role isn't for you if: You believe that folowing the right processes results in the right impact. You see stakeholder management as something to tolerate rather than something you're good at. You need a stable, predictable roadmap and get thrown off by week-to-week change. You want every requirement fully specified before delivery. You'd rather build the technically elegant solution with a bit more effort than the one that creates business value earlier. You avoid friction and let decisions be figured later rather than push for an answer. Why us? What’s in it for you? We want our benefits to make your working life easier, more flexible and a little more enjoyable too. Thinking about the future? We contribute 2.5% towards your pension. Ready for a break? Enjoy 25 vacation days per year, plus 8% holiday allowance. Don't forget to experience our service yourself. Use our transfers twice a year and experience first-hand what we offer our clients. Also, enjoy employee discounts on hotel stays.  However you commute: Travel by train with an NS Business Card, or drive with travel expenses covered and parking available at the office. Fancy a new bike? Make use of our bike lease option for private use. Flexibility matters: Work from home up to 2 days per week, with the possibility to work from abroad for up to 2 weeks. Coffee, matcha or something healthy? Enjoy Starbucks coffee, matcha, fresh fruit and employee meal discounts at the office. Friday plans sorted: Join the team for our Friday borrels. A little friendly competition: Put your skills to the test during our company ping-pong tournaments. Does this sound like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for? There’s only one way to find out, apply today!
